Beginning of 2008, Gravity Sport Management was founded in Luxemburg with the goal to identify, develop and promote young talents and careers in the motorsport arena. The company began its activities in the GP2 series, in the new Formula BMW Europe championship, in ADAC Masters as well as in the Moto GP 125cc class.
Nine young talents are now being supported and guided by Gravity Sport Management with the support of a dedicated group of specialists from several fields of expertise which include physical and mental preparation, coaching, media and communication training and sponsor promotion.
David Mengesdorf is one of those young talents. With a nice career in karting already behind him, he has in 2008 made the move into single-seater racing. As a BMW Junior he is competing in the Formula BMW Europe series, fighting for the Roockie 2008 title. As a Junior BMW driver David is member of the famous and sought after BMW scholarship program which provides a great program for training and education in all aspects related to motor racing.
Gravity Sport Management believes that it is possible to minimize the reliance on luck through comprehensive development plans, targetted efforts, disciplined work, clear expectations and realistic goals.
